Ashtanga Yoga: Follow the full primary series as taught in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. This strong sequence of postures utilizes ujjayi breath (ocean sounding) and bandhas (internal locks) to increase muscular strength, flexibility, and concentration of one's mind. Assists Workshops: Learn safe techniques for hands-on and verbal assists to deepen personal practice. Chakra Tuning: Explore the seven primary chakras (energy centers) and their specific poses, elements, associated relationships, and mantras. Chakra Tuning Through the Daring Way™: Explore the seven primary chakras and their associated relationships, woven together with the research from Dr. Brené Brown's curriculum (The Daring Way™) including wholeheartedness, authenticity, shame, courage, and trust. Hip Hop Yoga: Musically inspired intermediate/ advanced yoga flow class. Intro to Yoga: A slow flowing class aimed at introducing students to a number of postures, focusing on breath, and intentional movement. Jivamukti Yoga®: Incorporates deeper spiritual awareness, while integrating physical rigor of various postures. Includes pranayama (breath work), meditation, chanting, and dynamic sequencing. Partner Yoga: Challenges participants to develop trust and communication through laughter and play. Power Yoga: A rigorous approach to flow yoga, emphasizing strength and flexibility. Reggae Yoga Rhythms: Musically inspired yoga flow class. Spiritual Warrior: This is a brisk, guided, led vinyasa class. The class offers a well-rounded practice as a set sequence that includes a warm-up, the setting of an elevated intention, chanting, surya namaskar (sun salutations), standing asanas (poses), twists, balances, backward bending, forward bending, inversions, meditation, and relaxation, all in an hour! Yoga Essentials: A continual progression of poses over repeated classes. Focuses independently on forward bends, backward bends, twists, inversions, and balance postures. Yoga Trance Dance: Exploration of free-form movement through yoga and dance. Vinyasa Yoga: Flow yoga practice that intentionally links movement with intention and breath awareness.
Individual or Group Private Classes
Private classes are available to all levels of practitioners, and is great way to bring a gather of friends or colleagues together. Sliding rates are available on a case by case basis. Group and individual rates are available.
In-Class Privates (ICP)
